The Head of the Iran’s Automobile Importers Association requested the Minister of Industry Return the National Competition’s Council to its Main Function/ Manage the Issue of Importing Khodronegaran - The president of importers of the Iran’s Chamber of Commerce in a meeting with members of chambers asked the proposed minister of Industry and Trade to determine the exact duties of Competition’s Council. According to the Khodronegaran’s reporter, Ehteshamzad from the Import Management Commission at the meeting of members of the Iran’s Chamber of Commerce with Shariatmadari, the proposed minister of industry and commerce, said that the road of business is two-sided; production and export alongside with imports all are necessary. It’s cannot be expected to solely focus on production and exports and be underestimated in imports. In the field of importing the automobiles, Mr Nematzadeh did every single decision while ignoring all the Comments and suggestions of specialists. The three main problems are the deactivation of non-representative companies, the stopping of vehicle registration, and the shock of the market's activists with decisions such as increasing the number of worn vehicles without considering the respiratory period for importers.   The president of the Iran’s Federation of Imports added: "The role of the Council is not transparent, and it is necessary to enter the law in all relevant areas, and the government should focus more on the continuous improvement of the business environment and use the opinions of formations and chambers as expert advisors while not only listen to their opinions, but also pay attention and perform.
